Feed filtering (via tags?) done
Submitted by jim wilde on March 30, 2005 - 16:15
Feed filtering (via tags?) - What's going to happen when people have a thousand feeds? Wouldn't it be nice to have these thousand feeds, but only display those that are tagged with what I'm looking for? Is there an RSS feed filter? I don't want to see everything that comes through the pipes. Alternatively, display only those that are titled with (or have included in the body) my pre-defined words. [how not to blog] I can do that right now.My aggregated RSS feeds are filtered using key words. Check it out. I have your site feeds set up under a couple of key words, tags, categories, etc. Click on news and blogroll and find your site. Of course your can also check out the tags under news aggregator, but then you'd need to know the tags for your feeds. Anyway, people are doing it. BTW I have some really cool stuff.
