We are in the early stages of addressing this thru a startup, the organizational visibility , collaboration and knowledge sharing are clear value adds. However the key differentiation here is to get the user's up to date and relevant information without having the users to do thru tons of data entry. People like Spock are scraping the web for user data which we feel is pretty light.
