Quit or Change?

"Employees would rather quit than live with change An office relocation, a new boss or being asked to work longer hours feature among the main reasons why people decide to quit their jobs, new research suggests." I wonder how much of this research can be extrapolated to the US? Anyhow, Paul Kedrosky from Infectious Greed has a post on Offshoring's Unintended Consequence: Perma-Work. Those consequences are "people in North America who hand off programming work to their offshore counterparts as they go home."
